By completing and submitting this form, you give consent to the Ontario Home Builders' Association to collect your personal information in order to process your Forum registration fees and to maintain contact with you. Typical uses include the generation of delegate lists and a variety of management records detailing, for example, delegate preferences pertaining to the event. You will receive information related to the OHBA Annual Conference.
